I cannot see neither my ducks nor my waves on my account

Hello, Waves support team,

Today I have decided to revise both, my waves.exchange and my waves ducks account and I have noticed that waves ducks says me I have no ducks on my farm (although I had 4 genesis ducks on my farm) and it says I have no WAVES on my waves.exchange wallet. Which could be the problem and how can I get a solution to it? I have revised the transactions over my wallet and there is no withdrawal from my account, so where are my funds?
