There are a few things that I would like to see implemented into WavesDEX. As a long time user of tradingview.com, I was very surprised that certain features of their charts have been left out, especially since the charts in WavesDEX are tradingview’s charts.
- The pine editor, which is used to make custom indicators and strategies.
- The strategy tester, which can take your custom pine scripts and backtest them.
- This one I do not understand at all… 5 minute intervals. The Waves Data Feed API allows requests for candlestick data of 5, 15, 30, 60, 240, and 1440 minute periods. Example: “https://marketdata.wavesplatform.com/api/candles/WAVES/BTC/5/10” but it seems this feature was left out for some reason.
Since these features aren’t included in the regular GUI client, would there be any way to add them in myself? My main goal is to develop new indicators and strategies. I don’t have a lot of dev experience with software but I am willing to learn and put in the time. If someone could point me in the right direction I’d greatly appreciate the support.
