It is all about human nature…When the cat is away the mouse will play or is the other way around? When there are no clear regulations (or shall we say parameters) there is a big chance that things would be just mixing up irregularly. In other words, people can be abusive when they know they can get away with it.
This is a clear situation when a little control has to be establish for the sake of avoiding anybody taking advantage of potential victims. We should be desiring a self-regulation system in order to protect buyers from sellers who are scam-minded
