I downloaded the waves client and used it for myself. But there is another person in the house who use the same PC. He want to use waves too. Is it possible to have two accounts with the same Waves client?

Store you SEED phrase, private key and password in a safe place if he is not a trusted person.
Yes. Each wallet has its own password.
