What happened to the "Item Market" for NFTs?

Back in 2019 the “Item Market” for NFTs was a hot technology, where is it now? Does it still exist?

I want to create/open such a market on Waves, it is still supported?

Thanks, I know about this one. It provides selling NFTs but not an actual market for reselling.

There must be more somewhere???
